Garbo has been deeply involved in the stainless steel industry for over 30 years. We have ample experience in market grasping. We can provide customers with the best options based on different markets. The newly launched golden cutlery sets this month are designed for regions such as the Middle East and Russian languages.

For these new knives and forks, we selected 201 stainless steel suitable for the local market for the Middle East and Russian languages. Many people asked why not use 304, as for tableware, the hardness and toughness of 201 are actually more suitable for forming processing. We conducted a comparison in the workshop, and the 201 stainless steel has more stable ductility during stamping and stretching. After polishing, it performs excellently and there is no problem with daily use.

Golden is one of our factory's core technologies. We added a cleaning process before plating to remove impurities on the steel surface, then went through a pre-plating nickel layer transition, and finally carried out water-gold plating. This treatment results in a uniform and fine golden luster, and even after repeated washing in the dishwasher, the color can remain shiny for a long time. For this is the real gold, it's much shinning than PVD gold color and will last very long time.

The pattern series is inspired by European classical silverware, but considering the cleaning and disinfection environment of modern restaurants, we controlled the embossing height within 0.3 millimeters, which retains the three-dimensionality while not trapping dirt. The vertical pattern series is designed to match the current popular modern line style. The texture spacing is precisely 1.2 millimeters, and when illuminated by light, it forms a continuous gradient of light and dark. Each pattern has undergone more than three physical verifications in our factory's sample workshop to ensure the mold accuracy within the tolerance range of ±0.05 millimeters.

The smallest teaspoon is 115 mm in length and weighs 17 g, specifically designed for coffee and desserts, and will not damage the delicate presentation. The largest knife is 237 mm in length and weighs 85 g. The cutting edge angle is controlled at 15 degrees, which minimizes resistance when cutting steak and does not damage ceramic dishes. In the production of stainless steel knives and forks, we are professionals, and this is the experience we have gained by serving thousands of customers worldwide.

Garbo has a professional business team and design team to provide customized services, such as developing new products, PVD, laser logos, etc. We also support the customization of different packaging.
At the same time, our production line has over 50 machines, and the daily production capacity can reach 50,000 pieces per day. To support KA customers, we also have a dedicated fast track for sample production and mold development. All products must undergo manual quality inspection before leaving the factory, with an unqualified rate controlled within 3 per thousand, which is our factory's bottom line for quality.
