As a professional factory specializing in stainless steel tableware manufacturing, we are well aware of the core demands of B-end customers regarding production capacity, quality, and delivery time. Today, we will not only take you through the entire process, but also delve into several key processes to decode the precise birth process of a high-quality stainless steel knife and fork from raw materials to masterpiece.
Our production follows standardized, refined, and intelligent processes, with a total of 11 core steps. Here, we will conduct "close-up" interpretations of some key sections:
Molding: Customized molds are made based on design drawings to lay a precise foundation for product shaping.

Cutting and material removal: High-precision CNC stamping equipment and dedicated molds are used to precisely cut stainless steel sheets into product blanks.

Advanced process interpretation:
Thickness mystery: If you require a finished product thickness of 2mm, we will use 2mm sheets. The polishing loss is extremely minimal, and the thickness tolerance of the finished product is strictly controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring both strength and standard compliance.
Efficiency code: The single cutting machine can produce up to 10,000 pieces per day. This is the cornerstone of the overall high production capacity. We optimize the design to allow the spoons and forks to often share the same cutting mold, thereby enhancing efficiency and flexibility at the source.
Extension/Rolling: Through rolling processes, such as spoon heads and fork heads are thinned and widened to achieve the desired thickness (usually 0.8-2mm) and shape, preparing for subsequent shaping.

Stamping: Craftsmen press in the brand logo and decorative textures at this stage.

Advanced process interpretation:
One-time molding: For spoons and forks, the brand logo and decorative patterns are simultaneously pressed out in this stage, which is highly efficient and precise.
Special treatment: For knives, due to different structures, the LOGO on the blade usually requires an additional specialized process to ensure perfect presentation.
Edge trimming: Fine trimming of the burrs produced by the cutting.

Edge grinding: Multiple grinding processes are carried out on the edges to enhance the feel and safety.

Flat polishing: Automated equipment performs overall surface polishing to lay the foundation for luster.

Forming: Through hydraulic or mechanical pressure, the metal is shaped into the three-dimensional form of knives and forks.

Secondary polishing: Secondary fine polishing of the edges.

Bending and polishing: Bending and simultaneous polishing of the fork teeth and knife blades.

Cleaning: Using advanced cleaning processes such as ultrasonic, thoroughly removing oil and impurities to ensure product cleanliness up to food-grade standards.

Afterwards, the products are packaged rigorously and transported through an efficient export transportation network, delivered to customers worldwide.
Single machine daily output of tens of thousands of pieces is just a snapshot of the factory's efficient collaboration. Through automated production line clusters and lean management, each efficient process unit is seamlessly linked, thus stably achieving a total daily production capacity of 50,000 pieces. This ensures that whether it is regular replenishment for large supermarkets or brand customization orders from catering chains, we can provide stable, reliable, and predictable delivery support, allowing your supply chain to rest easy.
Full-process controllability, deep transparency
Capacity guarantee, derived from solid units: A daily production capacity of 50,000 pieces is built on the excellent efficiency and scientific scheduling of each process. It can withstand major tests.
Flexible customization, professional realization: Whether it's a one-time embossing requirement for LOGOs and patterns, or special thickness specifications, we can provide professional customization solutions based on deep process understanding.
