How to host a best dinner party at home

As we all know that it's already the third year of covid, we still have to be careful when we go out.

Right now we are more and more like to hang out with friends at home instead of going out. They are plents of party theme we can host at home. For example, it's your birthday and your friends want to celebrate for you, or it's your friend's baby shower and you all want to welcome the new baby and send gift to him/her, or it's a reunion since long time no see each other.

You definitely want to throw the unforgettable party for your friends. But do you know how to host a perfect home party? Are there any tips?

This is a practical guide to share from my experience that might help you make the most wonderful party and create a memorable evening for you and your friends.

1.Create your guest list

The first step is to create your guest list, making sure you have enough dishes to serve everyone. You don't want to be embarrassed by not having enough dishes to serve at your party.

Figure out what your friends' preferences in advance and send out your invitations.

2.Plan your menu and decor

Write down confirmations from guests and be sure to check on their dietary restrictions.

Plan your menu, keeping in mind what ingredients are in season and what can be prepared a day before the party.

Think about how you'll want your dishes to look when served, and be sure to include any special tools, plates or garnishes you'll need to create.

The candle seems to be a good choice. You can use beautiful candle holder to decor at home and makes your home feel comfortable.

3.Prepare the wine and beverage

Since it is a party, wine is essential. Before the party starts, you should have enough wine and beer you'll be serving for your friends . Of course, for some of your friend who doesn't drink wine, you can prepare some juice for them. In the meantime, you should prepare some nice wine decanter in advance.

Purchase wine and any other beverages you'll be serving, and make sure you have a good corkscrew.

Fill up your ice trays and pick up extra ice from the store if you'll be making cocktails.

4.Use high end flatware set 

This is the last piece of the puzzle which is also the most important part. Having a premium flatware set to serve your friend when they enjoy your dinner. It was a wonderful dining experience for all of you, the drinks were good, the flatware was luxury, and everyone was have fun at your home, it was definitely an unforgettable party.
