1. What are the classifications of cutlery?

In terms of the appearance, there are two most common types of stainless steel cutlery, which are full handle cutlery and half handle cutlery. “Full handle” means all mental cutlery, ceramic and plastic handle cutlery belongs to “half handle” cutlery.

2. What are the materials of stainless steel tableware?

The materials of tableware is 201 stainless steel, 410 stainless steel, 420 stainless steel, 430 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel. 420 stainless steel are mainly used for dinner knife, because the properties of this material are relatively hard, the table knife should be tough enough so that it can help us to cut the food easily when using. Besides and for fork and spoon, the most commonly used material are 410 and 430 stainless steel.

3. How to identify the quality of stainless steel cutlery?

The most direct way to check the quality of tableware is from the brightness, roughness,

shape effects, etc. The brightness of the tableware surface is determined by the polishing process. Polishing is mainly divided into 4 grades, from high to low: highly mirror polish, matt polish, machine polish and tumbler polish.

4. What are the differences in the price of tableware with different materials?

From the material, generally speaking, the price from high to low is that 304 stainless steel, 430 stainless steel, then 410 stainless steel. This can only be used as a reference, the actual price should also be combined with the order.

5. Is there a big difference in the rust time, acid and alkali resistance, and food grade testing if the tableware are made from different stainless steel?

All stainless steel products will rust when they are exposed to strong acid and alkali. 430 and 304 tableware can pass the European standard test; 410 material tableware can pass the food contact safety test, similar to LFGB.

6. What are the packing method of the stainless steel tableware?

For single item, the regular packs are opp bag, PVC bag, hanger card pack, tie card etc. For the cutlery set, we have color box pack, gift box with PVC, wooden box pack etc. Besides, we can help our customers to make their own designs.
